We acknowledge that most of our customers do not live in Vermont and therefore most of the business is conducted “long distance”. It is our mission to make our clients feel that we are really just down the street and available at all times. We want our clients to have a trust and faith in us that is second to none.
Our Approach
The Performance Group is in the business of listing and selling real estate in the Killington region for over 30 years. Our office is located at a premier location on the Killington Access Road. We are members of multiple associations including the Vermont Real Estate Information Network, the Northern New England Real Estate Network, the Vermont Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. We have successfully assisted thousands of people in buying and selling vacation homes, condominiums, land and new construction. Our company is staffed by professional, state-licensed agents who have been specifically trained in resort and residential real estate. The vast majority of our sellers and buyers do not live in Vermont and must rely on their Realtor to facilitate every component of the transaction from beginning to end. We will act on your behalf while you are back at home. Unlike residential real estate, resort real estate requires the real estate agent to be knowledgeable in much more than simply “putting the deal together.” We must have a large base of local professionals (lawyers, building inspectors, appraisers, among others) to assist you long distance. The majority of our business is done on weekends and holidays so we make sure that our office is open and agents are available during these times.
